摘要
由于当前已有评价方法未能引入CFM聚类方法进行分析,导致评价结果不理想,因此提出一种区域水资源消耗强度综合评价方法。组建区域水资源消耗强度综合评价指标体系,获取综合评价指标,通过几何平均法的量化方法,分别对各项不同的子指标进行归一化处理,根据处理结果采用CFM聚类方法划分不同类型的评价指标,结合聚类结果,构建区域水资源消耗强度综合评价模型,获取最终的评价结果。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法的区域水资源消耗强度综合评价结果均与实际测试结果误差最小,评价效果最好。
The existing evaluation methods fail to introduce CFM clustering method for analysis,resulting in unsatisfactory evaluation results.A comprehensive evaluation method of regional water resources consumption intensity is proposed.The study establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional water resources consumption intensity,obtain the comprehensive evaluation indexes,normalize various sub indexes through the quantitative method of geometric average method.It divides different types of evaluation indexes according to the processing results by CFM clustering method,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of regional water resources consumption intensity in combination with the clustering results to obtain the final evaluation results.The simulation results show that the comprehensive evaluation results of regional water resources consumption intensity by the proposed method have the least error with the actual test results,and the evaluation effect is the best.
