Effect of Y_(2)O_(3),La_(2)O_(3) and Their Mixtures on the Sintering and Thermal Shock Resistance of Zirconia Ceramic Materials

摘要 以纳米级ZrO_(2)、Y_(2)O_(3)、La_(2)O_(3)和黏结剂聚乙烯醇为原料,通过干压成型后烧结,成功制备出稀土增强型ZrO_(2)陶瓷材料,得到其最佳烧结温度为1 450℃。先探究了单一稀土对ZrO_(2)的烧结及抗热震性能影响,确定了Y_(2)O_(3)和La_(2)O_(3)的最佳添加量ω分别为3%和5%,然后在总混合稀土添加量ω为3%时,探究了Y_(2)O_(3)和La_(2)O_(3)五种不同添加比例对ZrO_(2)的烧结、硬度及抗热震性能影响。结果表明:当Y_(2)O_(3)和La_(2)O_(3)的质量添加比例为3∶1时,制得的ZrO_(2)陶瓷的烧结及抗热震性能最好,此时抗热震次数为15次,硬度为90.2 HRB,密度为5.13 g/cm;。 The zirconium oxide ceramic reinforced with rare earth were sintered by dry pressure at an optimal sintering temperature of 1 450 ℃ with nanoscale zirconia oxide particles,rare earth Y_(2)O_(3)and La_(2)O_(3),PVC as raw materials.The influence of single rare earth on the sintering and thermal shock resistance of ZrO_(2)ceramic was investigated first,and the best additive amount ω of Y_(2)O_(3)and La_(2)O_(3)were identified as 3% and 5%,respectively.Under the 3% additive amount ω of mix rare earth,the influences of five different additive proportions of Y_(2)O_(3)and La_(2)O_(3)on the sintering,hardness and thermal shock resistance were investigated.The results showed that when the additive proportion of yttrium oxide and lanthanum oxide was 3 ∶1,the ZrO_(2)ceramic materials had the best performance with the thermal shock resistance of 15 times,the hardness of 90.2 HRB,and the density of 5.13 g/cm;.
