以区域发展特点为导向的城乡规划专业课程设置研究——以西昌学院城乡规划专业为例

Research on the Curriculum of Urban and Rural Planning Guided by the Characteristics of Regional Development:Taking Urban and Rural Planning Curriculum of Xichang University as an Example

"新工科"建设的人才培养目标对人才的培养和思维的创新提出了更高层次的要求。新时期,国家乡村振兴战略的实施对城乡规划专业的人才需求有不断增大的趋势。对于地处民族地区的高校而言,如果培养出的人才既能够下得去又能够干得好,也就突显了高校服务地方经济社会发展的责任。采用矩阵分布和统计的方法,以西昌学院城乡规划专业近3 a在课程设置上的变化为例,考察其对实现人才培养目标的路径的契合度。通过对考察结果的分析,认为城乡规划专业在课程设置上一定要与时俱进、科学创新,在制定专业人才培养计划时要及时把握区域发展趋势,融入地方语境;要合理增设人才培养进程中与区域发展相关联的课程,不断优化课程结构;培养过程中要致力改进教学方法、突出应用性和实践性。把握上述设置原则才能让城乡规划专业学生获得专业能力提升,更好地服务地方发展。

The goal of talent training in the construction of " New Engineering" puts forward higher-level requirements for the cultivation of talents and the innovation of thinking.In the new era,the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy poses increasing demand for talents majoring in urban and rural planning.For colleges and universities located in ethnic areas,if the talents they cultivate can both work in relatively backward areas and perform competently,the responsibility of colleges and universities to serve local economic and social development will be highlighted.Using matrix distribution and statistics,this paper takes the changes in curriculum in the urban and rural planning majors in the past three years in Xichang University as examples and examines their compatibility to the goal of talent training.Through the analysis of the research results,it is believed that urban and rural planning majors must keep pace with the times and make scientific innovation;local development trends and local context must be taken into account for the planning of professional talent training;courses related to local development should be added into the talent training process to optimize the structure of the curriculum;teaching method emphasizing application and practice should be promoted in the teaching process.With the above measures,the professional ability of students majoring in urban and rural planning will be enhanced in order to better serve the local development.
