摘要
2021年5月,世界动物卫生组织(OIE)发布了第七战略计划(2021—2025年)。该计划主要目的是促进全球对动物卫生、动物福利和兽医公共卫生的认知,从而引领全球动物卫生管理工作。该计划共设5个目标:科学的专业知识、数据管理、为成员提供相关支持、与伙伴合作及OIE效率和灵活性。本文具体介绍了该计划的5个目标内容,并提出了相关建议,以期为我国在兽医领域与OIE合作,开展相关工作提供参考。
In May 2021,World Animal Health Organization(OIE)set and issued the seventh strategic plan as a framework for action for 2021—2025,with the mission to foster global commitment to improve animal health and welfare and veterinary public health worldwide,a vision to provide leadership in global animal health governance.The main components of the strategy are 5 strategic objectives:scientific expertise,data governance,responding to Members’needs,collaboration with partners and efficiency and agility.In the paper,the five objectives were introduced in detail,corresponding recommendations were proposed,with a view to providing a reference for China’s cooperation with OIE in the veterinary area and making relevant efforts.
