摘要
气道重塑是一个复杂不可逆的进行性结构改变,影响气道重塑的因素有很多,IL-17A是气道重塑的危险因素之一,IL-17A是Th17细胞分泌的具有促炎及促纤维化功能的细胞因子。以气道纤维化为特征的气道重塑中存在自噬缺陷,PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路参与自噬的调节。因此本文从气道炎症、气道上皮间充质转化、气道结构细胞以及PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路几个方面讨论IL-17A在气道重塑中的研究进展。
Airway remodeling is a complex irreversible progressive structural change,and there are many factors affecting airway remodeling.IL-17A is one of the risk factors for airway remodeling.IL-17A is a cytokine secreted by Th17 cells with pro-inflammatory and pro-fibrotic functions.Autophagy defects exist in airway remodeling characterized by airway fibrosis,and the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway is involved in autophagy regulation.Therefore,the paper discusses the research progress of IL-17A in airway remodeling from the aspects of airway inflammation,airway epithelial mesenchymal transformation,airway structural cells and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.
