摘要
选用‘赤焰’、‘龙城’、‘纳迪亚’3种软枣猕猴桃品种为研究试材,采用嫩枝扦插法进行繁殖,研究了不同激素溶液、不同激素浓度对软枣猕猴桃系列品种扦插植株生根效果的影响。结果表明:‘纳迪亚’插穗在浓度300 mg·L^(-1)、100 mg·L^(-1)的激素NAA+IBA-k溶液中速蘸10 s,生根率95.2%,最长根长为5.68 cm,极显著高于CK(P<0.01),在浓度500 mg·L^(-1)的激素ABT+IBA-K溶液中速蘸10 s,生根数量最好,约7.38条;‘龙城’插穗在浓度500 mg·L^(-1)的激素NAA+ABT溶液中速蘸10 s,生根率和生根数量最高,分别是95.11%和8.03条,极显著高于CK(P<0.01),在浓度100 mg·L^(-1)的激素NAA+ABT溶液速蘸10 s,最长根长5.59 cm;‘赤焰’插穗在浓度100 mg·L^(-1)的激素ABT+IBA-k溶液中速蘸10 s,生根率和生根数量最好,分别为96.48%和11.52条,极显著高于CK(P<0.01),在浓度100 mg·L^(-1)的激素NAA+ABT溶液中速蘸10 s,最长根长5.50 cm。
3 kinds of Actinidia arguta'Chiyan','Longcheng'and'Nadia'were selected as the research materials.The effects of different hormone solutions and hormone concentrations on the rooting effect of cutting plants of Actinidia arguta series varieties were studied.The results showed that when Actinidia arguta'Nadia'cuttings were dipped in hormone NAA+IBA solution of 300 mg·L^(-1) and 100 mg·L^(-1) for 10 s,the rooting rate was 95.2%,and the longest root length was 5.68 cm,which was significantly higher than CK(P<0.01).When they were dipped in hormone ABT+IBA-k solution of 500 mg·L^(-1) for 10 s,the number of roots was the best,about 7.38.When Actinidia arguta'Longcheng'cuttings were dipped in hormone NAA+ABT solution of 500 mg·L^(-1) for 10 s,the rooting rate and rooting number were the highest,95.11%and 8.03,respectively,which were significantly higher than CK(P<0.01).When dipped in hormone NAA+ABT solution of 100 mg·L^(-1) for 10 s,the longest root length was 5.59 cm.When Actinidia arguta'Chiyan'cuttings were dipped in hormone ABT+IBA-k solution of 100 mg·L^(-1) for 10 s,the rooting rate and rooting number were the best,96.48%and 11.52,respectively,which were significantly higher than CK(P<0.01).When they were dipped in hormone NAA+ABT solution of 100 mg·L^(-1) for 10 s,the longest root length was 5.50 cm.
