医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理对精神分裂症患者防治和康复的影响

Influence of hospital-community-family integrated continuous nursing care on the prevention and rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理在精神分裂症患者防治和康复中的效果。方法:将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理,对比2组患者一年内防治效果、生活质量及社会功能水平。结果:干预1年后,观察组防治效果包括病情好转率、家庭参与率、监护率、服药依从率均显著高于对照组,肇事肇祸率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)总分、心理社会量表、动力和精力量表及症状和不良反应量表得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理能有效的改善和控制精神分裂症患者的病情,并能提升患者生活质量和社会功能,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of hospital-community-family integrated continuous nursing care on the prevention and rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A sample of 120 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was subjected to the hospital-community-family integrated continuous nursing care in addition to the routine intervention.Comparative analysis of the prevention and treatment effect,quality of life and social function level of the two groups within one year intervention was performed.Results:Following 1 year of intervention,the prevention and treatment effects of the observation group,including the improvement rate,family participation rate,monitoring rate,and medication compliance rate,were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the accident rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)total score,the Psychosocial Scale,the Motivation and Energy Inventory,and the Symptoms and Side Effects Scale scores,were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the score of the Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospital-community-family integrated continuous nursing care can effectively improve and control the condition of patients with schizophrenia,improve their quality of life and social function,and it is worthy of promotion.
