基于英飞凌TC275单片机的高压共轨柴油机电子控制单元电源模块设计 被引量:4

摘要 以英飞凌TC275为主控芯片的高压共轨柴油机电子控制单元为研究对象,通过对其电源需求进行分析,设计了包含防反接、防浪涌、滤波和储能等模块的电源输入电路。以英飞凌TLE7368电源芯片为基础,设计了能提供给ECU各传感器、控制器和执行器所需5 V、3.3 V和1.3 V电压的主电源电路。为实现喷油器的高低边驱动,使用英飞凌TLE4284和意法半导体L9781芯片设计了预驱栅极电源电路和喷油驱动电源电路。为验证所设计电源电路的正确性,对各个电源模块在发动机转速为怠速、1000 r/min、2000 r/min和3000 r/min的情况下输出的电压值进行测量,包括24 V蓄电池电压、48 V的喷油驱动电压、微控制器所需的5 V、3.3 V和1.3 V电压,得到相应的测试波形。测得发动机在不同转速下各电源模块电压的波动幅度较小,结果表明该电源模块基本能满足ECU正常工作需求。 A high⁃voltage common⁃rail diesel engine electronic control unit(ECU)with Infineon TC275 as the main control chip is studied.By analyzing the power demand of the ECU,the power input circuits for anti⁃reverse connection,anti⁃surge,filtering and energy storage modules are designed.The main power supply circuit which can provide voltage of 5 V,3.3 V and 1.3 V to each sensor,controller and actuator of ECU is designed based on Infineon TLE7368 power chip.To realize the high⁃and low⁃side driving of the fuel injector,the pre⁃drive gate power supply circuit and the fuel injection driving power supply circuit are designed by Infineon TLE4284 and STMicroelectronics L9781 chips.To verify the correctness of the designed power supply circuits,the output voltage of each power supply module at idle speed,1000 r/min,2000 r/min and 3000 r/min is measured,including accumulator voltage of 24 V,fuel injection drive voltage of 48 V,the voltage of 5 V,3.3 V and 1.3 V required by the microcontroller to obtain the corresponding test waveform.The test shows that the voltage fluctuation of each power module at different engine speeds is small,so the power module can basically meet the normal working requirements of ECU.
