基于TiGRT计划系统乳腺癌保乳术后放疗自动计划方法的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究一种基于TiGRT计划系统乳腺癌保乳术后放疗自动计划(automatic plan,AP)方法,并与手动计划(manual plan,MP)进行比较。通过分析10例患者剂量学参数及制定评分表评估发现,AP靶区剂量均优于MP,但除CI外其他均无统计学意义;AP患侧肺及全肺V_(5)、V_(20)、V_(30)均低于MP,而心脏D_(mean)略高于MP,但差异均无统计学意义;AP机器跳数较MP增加了16.1%;AP评估得分较MP提高了6.1%。可见AP在实现程序化、自动化同时保证了计划质量,可应用于乳腺癌保乳术后放疗计划设计。 To study an automatic plan(AP)method for radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery based on TiGRT system and and compare with manual plan(MP).The dosimetry parameters of 10 patients and the evaluation of scoring table were analyzed,it was found that the targets dose of AP were better than that of MP,but there was no statistical difference except for CI,The V_(5),V_(20) and V_(30) of affected lungs and whole lungs in AP were lower than all that in MP,the D_(mean) of hearts was slightly higher than that of MP,but the difference was not statistically significant,the MU of AP was increase by 16.1%compared with MP,the score of AP evaluation was increase by 6.1%compared with MP.So the AP could be programmed and automated while ensuring the quality of the plan,and can be used to design the plans for radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery.
