肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭矿质元素吸收与转移的影响

摘要 目的研究全寄生植物肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭矿质元素吸收、富集和转移的影响。方法比较寄生和不寄生肉苁蓉的梭梭不同部位矿质元素含量、富集系数和转移系数差异。结果肉苁蓉和梭梭含有丰富的矿质元素,肉苁蓉中元素含量低于梭梭根含量,肉苁蓉寄生能促进梭梭对Ca、Na、Mg、Al、Fe、Zn、Cu元素的吸收;肉苁蓉寄生后梭梭根中矿质元素富集系数明显增加(P<0.05);矿质元素由往年枝到光合枝转移系数增加,Zn和Cu由根到肉苁蓉的转移系数均较Mg、Al、Fe、Mn大。结论肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭矿质元素吸收、富集和转移均有明显的影响。 Objective To clarify the effects of Cistanche deserticola parasitism on the absorption,enrichment and transfer of mineral elements of Haloxylon ammodendron.Methods The mineral element content,enrichment coefficient and transfer coefficient of H.ammodendron in different organs of parasitic and non-parasitic C.deserticola are compared.Results C.deserticola and H.ammodendron are rich in mineral elements,and the element content in C.deserticola is lower than that in H.ammodendron roots.The contents of Ca,Na,Mg,Al,Fe,Zn and Cu in H.ammodendron increased significantly after parasitic C.deserticola,the enrichment coefficient of mineral elements in the roots of H.ammodendron increased significantly,the transfer coefficients of mineral elements from perennial branches to photosynthetic branches increased,and the transfer coefficients of Zn and Cu from roots to Cistanche deserticola were greater than those of Mg,Al,Fe and Mn.Conclusion Parasitism of C.deserticola has obvious effects on mineral element absorption,enrichment and transfer of H.ammodendron.
