摘要
目的分析不同配伍比例麻黄-桂枝药对单煎与合煎化学成分的差异性。方法采集不同配伍比例麻黄-桂枝药对单煎与合煎样品的UPLC指纹图谱,采用SPSS 20.0对单煎与合煎样品指纹图谱共有峰的“峰面积/称样量”值进行比较。结果不同配伍比例(2:1、3:2、1:1、1:2)的麻黄-桂枝药对单煎与合煎样品峰1、峰4的“峰面积/称样量”值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),峰9、峰10、峰11的“峰面积/称样量”值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻黄、桂枝配伍比例为2:1、3:2、1:1时,单煎与合煎样品峰6的“峰面积/称样量”值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,有且仅当麻黄、桂枝配伍比例为1:1时,麻黄的药效成分盐酸麻黄碱(峰2)与盐酸伪麻黄碱(峰3)在单煎与合煎样品中的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立的麻黄-桂枝药对UPLC指纹图谱检测方法稳定性与重复性良好,不同配伍比例麻黄-桂枝药对单煎与合煎的化学成分存在差异。
Objective To analyze the differences of chemical composition of single decoction and mixed decoction of Ephedra-Cinnamon herbal pair with different proportion.Methods The fingerprints of each sample of the single decoction and mixed decoction of different ratios of Ephedra-Cinnamon herbal pairs are collected,and calibrate the common peaks.The“peak area/sample weight”value of the common peaks of the fingerprints of single decoction and mixed decoction samples is analyzed with SPSS 20.0.Results There are significant differences in the“peak area/sample weight”values of peak 1 and peak 4 between single decoction and mixed decoction samples with different compatibility ratios(2:1,3:2,1:1,1:2)(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in the“peak area/sample weight”values of peak 9,peak 10 and peak 11(P>0.05);when the compatibility ratio of Ephedra and Cinnamon is 2:1,3:2,1:1,the difference of“peak area/sample weight”of peak 6 between single decoction and mixed decoction is statistically significant(P<0.05);there is significant difference between ephedrine hydrochloride(peak 2)and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride(peak 3)in single decoction and mixed decoction samples only when the compatibility ratio of Ephedra and Cinnamon is 1:1(P<0.05).Conclusion The established method of Ephedra-Cinnamon herbal pair for UPLC fingerprint is stable and reproducible,there are differences in the chemical component content of Ephedra-Cinnamon herbal pair for single decoction and mixed decoction.
