理气化痰宁心汤治疗痰火扰心型室性早搏疗效观察

Treating ventricular premature beat with syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing herat based on qi stagnation

目的:观察理气化痰宁心汤治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:将室性早搏患者60例随机分为两组各30例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用理气化痰宁心汤治疗。观察两组治疗前后症状、24小时动态心电图室性早搏频次、中医证候积分的变化,分别采用中医证候积分减少率及24小时动态心电图室性早搏频次减少率评价疗效。结果:治疗组室早频次总有效率为83.33%,对照组为66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为90.00%,对照组为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:理气化痰宁心汤治疗室性早搏疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liqi Huatan Ningxin decoction on ventricular premature beat.Methods:60 cases of patients with ventricular premature beat were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Liqi Huatan Ningxin decoction on the basis of control group.Symptoms,total number of heart beat,average heart rate,ventricular premature beat's frequency of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(percentage of ventricular premature beat number in total number of heart beat),Lown's score,change of TCM syndrome score,respectively used reduction rate of TCM syndrome score and reduction rate of ventricular premature beat's frequency of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of ventricular premature beat's frequency was 83.33%in treatment group and 66.67%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was 90.00%in treatment group and 76.67%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment in two groups,QTmax and Seattle Angina Questionnaire's score were improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(all P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Liqi Huatan Ningxin decoction has the significant efficacy on coronary ventricular premature beat.
