摘要
劳动价值观的确立是青少年劳动教育的内生动力,其内化心理机制的研究处于破题阶段。文章系统构建青少年劳动价值观内化模型,宏观上探析内化主体、客体和载体三个要素间的相互关系,微观上拆解个体认知结构的最小单位,阐述青少年通过同化、顺应、平衡整合建立劳动价值图式的过程,厘清价值选择与理解、价值认同与整合、价值行为表达三个内化阶段,并基于青少年劳动价值观内化机制对劳动教育的教学理念和设计提出优化建议,实现劳动价值观"内化于心,外化于行"的生成目标。
Labor values are an internal motivation in adolescents’ labor education. As an initial study in this budding field, this paper systematically constructs a model for internalization of labor values in adolescents, analyzes the interrelationship among the three elements of internalized subject, object and carrier, and explains how adolescents integrate the old and new labor cognition into psychological schema through assimilation and accommodation. The three internalized processes include value selection and understanding, value identification and integration, and value behavior expression. Based on the psychological mechanism of the internalization of labor values in adolescents, the authors make a number of suggestions for the concept of teaching and course design of future labor education, to realize the goal of internalizing labor values in the mind and externalizing them in practice.
