摘要
活性染料数码印花中使用的青色染料墨水,其染料母体为酞菁铜型结构,直接性较差,固着率较低。为解决这一问题,文章调整了工艺配方,同时采用正交试验进行优化。研究结果表明,在配方中用碳酸钠代替碳酸氢钠、添加硫酸钠,能够显著提高青色染料墨水的固着率。优化的工艺配方为:碳酸钠用量0.3%,硫酸钠用量1%,尿素用量10%,蒸化温度102℃,蒸化时间10 min。优化后的工艺配方对其他几种数码印花活性染料墨水颜色也同样适用,固着率均有所提高,且印花后织物拉伸断裂强力受影响较小,但撕破强力略有下降。
The generatrix of cyan dye ink in reactive digital printing is a copper phthalocyanine type structure,which has poor substantivity and low fixation rate.In order to solve this problem,the paper adjusted the process formula and optimized it by orthogonal experiment.The research results show that replacing sodium bicarbonate with sodium carbonate and adding sodium sulfate in the formula can significantly improve the fixation rate of the cyan dye ink.The optimized process formula is as follows:0.3%of sodium carbonate,1%of sodium sulfate,10%of urea,at 102℃steaming temperature for 10 min.The optimized process formula is also applicable to several other digital printing reactive dye ink colors,improving the fixation rate,having less affection on the tensile breaking strength of the fabric.But the tearing strength is slightly reduced.
