摘要
蛇毒组学以蛋白组学研究方法为基础,实现了大规模解析蛇毒全蛋白组构成特征,为深度探讨蛇毒功能与进化提供了有力支持.为探索更为优化的抗蛇毒血清效价评估方法,以蛇毒组学为基础的抗毒素组学策略应运而生,极大地提高了评估结果的精准度与可靠性.文章主要介绍了蛇毒组学研究与相关策略的发展以及抗蛇毒血清效价评估方法的迭代,旨在为蛇毒组学与抗毒素组学在蛇毒全蛋白组学及抗蛇毒血清效价评估新方法的发展提供新的思考.
A large-scale decomplexation in whole proteomic profiles of venom is successfully performed by snake venomic strategy based on the proteomic technology,which propels an in-depth understanding of function and evolutionary mechanism in snake venom.Integrated with the snake venomic profiles,another strategy coined as“antivenomics”is generated to optimize the efficiency evaluation method of antivenom,which highly improves the accuracy and reliability of the results.This review mainly introduces the development of snake venomics research and the related strategies,as well as the technology iteration in antivenom efficiency evaluation,and is intended to provide some new implications for the development of new methods to evaluate snake venomics and antivenomics.
