摘要
直升机液压系统在向主、尾桨操纵作动器提供液压能源时,为保证飞行的可靠性,当主系统发生故障造成失压时,由备份系统代替该主系统向操纵系统提供压力油。液控自动切换模块是保证主备份系统油路切换的组合换向阀块。分析计算了模块的主要结构参数,并通过导阀先于主阀换向的设计,来确保切换模块在主系统压力升降要求范围内实现主备份系统的自动平稳切换。利用AMESim软件建立了主备份系统切换的仿真模型,并进行了切换过程静动态仿真分析,仿真结果证明了设计的有效性及合理性。
The helicopter hydraulic system provides hydraulic energy to the main and tail rotor control actuators.To ensure flight reliability,when the main hydraulic system fails and causes pressure loss,the backup hydraulic system replaces the main system to provide hydraulic energy to the control system.The hydraulic control automatic switching module is a combined reversing valve block that ensures the oil circuit switching between the main and backup hydraulic systems.The main structural parameters of the module are analyzed and calculated,so that the pilot valve changes direction before the main valve to ensure that the switching module realizes the automatic and smooth switching of the main backup system within the range of the pressure rise and fall requirements of the main system.AMESim software is used to establish a simulation model of the main backup system switching,and conducts static and dynamic simulation analysis of the switching process.The simulation results prove the validity and rationality of the design.
