摘要 快速路系统对于交通改善效果明显,已成为缓解大城市交通拥堵的重要措施。然而,由于快速路没有形成网络、道路建设时序不匹配、衔接路网集配不合理等原因,影响路网点-线-面要素组合效率的发挥,导致快速路"进不去、出不来"的交通问题日益频现。通过选取长沙市万家丽快速路作为代表,对其节点形式、交通组织、匝道口设置、标志标线、引导设施、周围4条主干路围合区域路网进行调研,以问题为导向,提出基于点-线-面要素相结合的交通组织优化对策,同时对正在规划建设的快速路提出建议,用以指导新一轮快速路网建设。 The expressway system has obvious effects on traffic improvement and has become an important measure to alleviate traffic congestion in big cities.However,due to the absence of a network of expressways,mismatched road construction timing,unreasonable integration of road networks,etc.,it affects the efficiency of the combination of point-line-area elements in the road network,resulting in "no entry,no exit" traffic on expressways.The problems are becoming more frequent.This paper selects the Wanjiali Expressway in Changsha as a representative to investigate its node form,traffic organization,ramp setting,signs and markings,guidance facilities,and the surrounding area of the four main roads.Traffic organization optimization countermeasures that combine point-line-area elements,and at the same time make suggestions for expressways under planning and construction to guide a new round of expressway network construction.
