摘要
通苏嘉甬铁路是中长期铁路网的重要组成部分,是长三角城市群城际交流的重要城际骨干线路,也是一条路网客流和城际客流并重的高速铁路。通过对回迁小区的走访调查、振动敏感企业的专题评估以及与沿线既有铁路、城市道路、河道的交叉布置形式优化调整等综合性勘察设计手段,结合苏州地区引入方案,对沿风里街、唯胜路2个通道的高架、地下敷设方案进行比选。研究表明,沿风里街地下方案与规划的城际铁路通道一致,可有效地节约土地资源,新设的桑田岛城际地下站与地铁2号线和6号线桑田岛站接驳较好,可大大减少沿线住宅小区拆迁以及回迁小区二次动迁产生的次生影响,符合地方意见,予以推荐。
The Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo high-speed railway is crucial part of medium-and long-term railway network plan,a backbone line for intercity railway network in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,and a high-speed railway with equal emphasis on both network passenger flow and intercity passenger flow.By means of comprehensive survey and design,such as investigating the relocated community,special evaluation of vibration-sensitive enterprises,and optimization and adjustment of cross layout with existing railways,urban roads and rivers along the ruote,and combining with the accessing route scheme of Suzhou area,the elevated and underground laying schemes along Fengli street and Weisheng road are compared and selected.The research shows that the underground plan along Fengli street is consistent with the planned intercity railway passage,which can effectively save land resources.The newly established Sangtiandao intercity underground station is well connected with Sangtiandao station of metro line 2 and Line 6,and can greatly reduce the demolition of residential quarters along the line and the secondary impact of the secondary relocation of the relocated quarters,which is in line with local opinions and is recommended.
