In today’s society,energy has been inseparable with the development of the city and people’s life,especially during the disaster,energy is one of the essential security measure,in view of the traditional energy security equipment serious pollution,low degree of intelligent,single function and a series of challenges.The development of green environmental protection,high intelligent degree,functional diversity of green emergency energy rescue vehicle is imperative.Through the analysis of the current situation of power generation vehicles at home and abroad,and the rehearsal of planned power outage and disaster rescue scenarios,the important role of green emergency energy rescue vehicle in urban energy emergency,people’s livelihood outdoor electricity and electricity guarantee under disasters was verified,it provides innovative ideas for risk prevention of urban energy security.
