摘要
随着全相参雷达导引头在弹载方面的广泛应用,频率源作为全相参雷达系统的核心部件,对其相位噪声、杂波抑制度、频率带宽、可靠性等方面提出了更高的要求。频率源产生整个雷达系统所需要的各种相参一致且具有高频谱纯度、高稳定度的相参时钟信号、采样时钟信号、DDS参考时钟信号、本振信号。频率源的相位噪声、杂波抑制度等主要性能参数因频率合成方式不同而导致其参数指标不同,从而影响雷达系统的整体性能。本文通过使用高稳定晶体振荡器,运用直接频率合成技术的相关理论,采用有效的信号串扰隔离屏蔽技术,借用ADS阻抗匹配仿真方法,设计了一种高性能、高稳定性的频率源。其中频率源输出的X波段本振信号的相位噪声达到-100dBc/Hz@1kHz,提高了雷达导引头的探测能力。
With the wide application of all-phase coherent radar seeker in missile loading,the frequency signal source is the core component of the all-phase coherent radar system,and higher requirement has been put to phase noise,clutter suppression,frequency bandwidth,and reliability.The frequency signal source generates various frequency signals,for example,coherent clock signal,sampling clock signal,DDS reference clock signal and local oscillator signal,which are coherent phase and have high spectral purity and stability.The main performance parameters such as phase noise and clutter suppression of the frequency signal source are different due to different frequency synthesis methods,the overall performance of the radar system is affected.In this paper,a high-performance,high-stability basic frequency signal source is designed by using the high-stability crystal oscillator with the relevant theory of direct frequency synthesis technology,using effective signal crosstalk isolation shielding technology,and using ADS impedance matching simulation method.The phase noise of the output X-band local oscillator signal of the basic frequency signal source reaches-100dBc/Hz@1kHz,which improves the detection ability of the radar seeker.
