摘要
本文提出了一种低剖面宽带平面相控阵天线,该天线工作于X波段并且具有两维宽角扫描特性。采用了瓦片式子阵模块为集成架构,并且以背腔结构的多层微带天线作为阵列单元。基于仿真设计结果,加工了一个8×8平面相控阵样机。实测结果表明,所提出的阵列在8~12GHz频率范围内,H面最大扫描角为±45°、E面最大扫描角为±30°。因此,所提出的天线阵可作为大规模两维有源相控阵的子阵。
A low-profile wideband planar phased array operating in X band with two-dimensional(2-D)beam scanning characteristic is presented.An integrated scheme based on the tile sub-array module is proposed,and the cavity-backed multilayer microstrip element is used as the array unit.Based on the simulated design,an 8×8 planar phased array prototype has been fabricated.The experimental results show that the proposed array have achieved the maximum scanning angle of±45°in the H-plane and±30°in the E-plane across the frequency range of 8~12GHz.Therefore,the proposed array can be used as a sub-array of larger wideband phased arrays for 2-D beam scanning applications.
