基于FM认证标准的上导向、下承重推拉式机库大门施工技术

摘要 基于FM认证标准的机库大门需满足抵抗基于百年一遇的58 m/s(130 mph)阵风风速持续3 s(相当于17级台风持续3 s),所有机库门的覆层系统和结构构件需承受风揭压力。波音737飞机定制厂房的机库大门按波音飞机机型定制设计,宽度达44 m,由多个门扇叠合推拉启闭,机库大门施工技术满足了超宽机库门抵抗FM认证17级台风风揭压力的要求,保证了机库大门围护系统在台风频发地区的安全可靠性。 FM approval standard-based hangar gates are required to withstand an once-in-a-century wind gust of 58m/s(130mph)lasting for 3 seconds(equivalent to 17-level typhoon lasting 3 seconds).All hangar door cladding systems and structural components shall be able to withstand the wind lift pressure.The hangar door of Boeing 737 factory is designed according to custom model of Boeing aircraft,and it is 44 meters wide and composed of multiple gates of composite push-pull type.The construction technique of hanger gate satisfies FM approved 17-level typhoon pressure,ensuring the safety and reliability of the hangar door containment system in frequent typhoon areas.
