摘要
广州万达文化旅游城室外主题乐园停车楼超高超大混凝土结构采用“几”字找形找坡造型,施工阶段标高及找形控制困难,安全隐患大,混凝土浇筑成型难度大。针对工期紧、结构质量要求高、总成本目标限值等难点,应用BIM放样、弧形弯折段模板开槽拼装等技术,满足了曲面超高超大混凝土结构造型要求,保证了施工安全、进度及质量。
The super-high and super-large concrete structure of theme park parking building in Guangzhou Wanda cultural tourism city is a"several"-shape,causing difficulties in elevation and shape control during construction,potential safety risks and concrete grouting.Considering the short construction period,high requirement for structure quality and limited total cost target,BIM-based sample design and notching assembly of arch bending formwork were used to satisfy the shape requirement of superhigh and super-large concrete structure with curved surface,successfully ensuring the construction safety,schedule and quality.
