外挂防护架在高层特殊结构外框施工中的应用

摘要 顺成国宾壹号二期工程外框结构施工中,针对凹凸型结构形式,采用外挂防护架。外挂防护架在工厂标准化加工,采用塔式起重机提升,架体升降可在楼层内操作,降低了安全隐患。架体主体为钢制材料,外防护采用钢脚手管,不仅可减轻架体自重,节约材料和人工,而且能降低成本。 During external structure construction of Guobin No.1 phase II project,external hanging protection frame was used for construction of the unregular structure shape.The external hanging protection frame was pre-processed in factory and was lifted by tower crane on field.The protection frame could be controlled on each floor,effectively reducing the construction risk.It was mainly made of steel and the external protection was made of steel scaffold,which could reduce self-weight of the frame,save material and labor,and reduce the cost.
