后疫情时代加强高校来华留学生教育管理的思考

后疫情时代,我国高校来华留学生教育管理正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。进入后疫情时代,我们要从国际人才培养和人类命运共同体发展的角度认识高校来华留学生教育管理的时代意义;要在开展高校来华留学生教育管理中积极弘扬中华优秀传统文化理念,融入天下为公、团结协作、持续发展的文化内涵。注重思想引导,以中华优秀传统文化理念凝聚来华留学生抗疫共识;注重教育创新,以新媒体信息技术应用探索线上线下教育互通共融;注重实践体验,以“共情”理念引导来华留学生积极参与全球共治,切实提高高校来华留学生教育管理的方式方法。

China's colleges and universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the management of the epidemic situation.In the post-epidemic era,we should understand the significance of the era of international student education and management from the perspective of international talent training and the development of the community of human destiny.In the education and management of international students in colleges and universities,we should actively carry forward the concept of Chinese excellent traditional culture and integrate into the cultural connotation of the world for the public,unity and cooperation as well as sustainable development.We should pay attention to the ideological guidance,condense the anti-epidemic consensus of overseas students in China with the excellent traditional Chinese cultural concepts.We should pay attention to educational innovation,explore the integration of online and offline education with the application of new media information technology,and also pay attention to practical experience,guiding international students to actively participate in global co-governance with the concept of"Empathy".The purpose is to effectively improve the ways and methods of education and management of international students in China.
