摘要
大学四年是人生成长过程中非常重要的一个阶段,而班主任在大学生健康成长中扮演着指导者和引路人的作用。对于“00后”大学生班级来说,“团队化引导”能有效实现大学生挥洒个性、发扬特长的同时,提高班级凝聚力。利用“团队化引导”班级制定宏大的目标,拆解出多条实施途径,使所有成员参与其中,协作实施,注重“奖励性引导”和“带动性效应”,想办法调动学生的主观能动性,不断挖掘自身特长;应用“团队化理念”打造服务型班委会,不断培养学生的“规则意识”;采用“团队化引导”建设班级文化,有效处理学生问题和班级内部矛盾,不断促进团队向心力,结合班主任的榜样作用,可以最终实现大学班集体的良好建设,促进大学生成才。
The university stage is the important one of talent growth.The class adviser is the organizer,educator and instructor in the healthy growth of college students.For the"post-00"college students,"team-oriented guidance"can effectively realize their individuality and develop their strengths and improve class cohesion."Team-oriented guidance"can be used to develop ambitious goals and engage all members to implement collaboratively."Teamwork concept"can be applied to create a service-oriented class committee,and continuously train students the"rule awareness"."Teamwork concept"can be used to build a class culture,and constantly promote the team's centripetal force.Moreover,the internal contradictions in the class could be effectively deal with the help of"Teamwork concept".Combined with the leadership role of the class adviser,university classes can achieve good construction and promote college students'success.
