心理干预社区恶性肿瘤患者的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of psychological intervention on patients with malignant tumors in the community

目的:分析对社区恶性肿瘤患者进行心理干预的效果。方法:将上海市静安区彭浦新村街道社区卫生服务中心在2019年1月-2020年6月接收的98例恶性肿瘤患者随机分成对照组与干预组,每组各49例。对照组患者的平均年龄为(62.34±1.52)岁,其中有男性患者29例,女性患者20例。研究组患者的平均年龄为(62.41±1.63)岁,其中有男性患者28例,女性患者21例。对照组患者给予常规管理,干预组在常规管理上加以心理干预,随访两组干预效果。结果:干预前两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)的评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后,干预组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组,且SF-36各项调查评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可有效改善社区恶性肿瘤患者的心理状态,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on the patients with malignant tumors in the community.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with malignant tumors admitted to Pengpuxincun Community Health Service Center of Jingan District,Shanghai from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group with 49 cases in each group.The average age of the control group was(62.34±1.52)years,including 29 male patients and 20 female patients.The average age of the intervention group was(62.41±1.63)years,including 28 male patients and 21 female patients.The control group was given routine management,and the intervention group was given psychological intervention on routine management,and the intervention effects of the two groups were followed up.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and concise health questionnaire(SF-36)between the two groups before intervention(all P>0.05),after intervention,the HAMD、HAMA scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of SF-36 surveys were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can effectively improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients with malignant tumors in the community.
