高校纪检监察机构监督效能提升的实践进路

The Practical Approaches of Improving the Supervision Efficiency of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Institutions in Colleges and Universities

全面从严治党新常态下,高校纪检监察机构聚焦主责主业,构筑监督体系,创新发展监督形式,不断提升监督效果,但仍存在着职责定位不准、精准意识不强、监督“后半篇文章”不足、队伍能力素质不足等问题。提出进一步明确监督职责定位、突出精准监督、扎实做好监督“后半篇文章”、建设高素质专业化干部队伍等实践进路,以推动高校纪检监察工作高质量发展。

Under the new normal of full and strict governance over the Party,discipline inspection and supervision institutions in colleges and universities focus on the main duties and responsibilities,build supervision systems,innovate and develop supervision methods,and constantly improve supervision effects.However,there are still some problems,such as inaccurate responsibility positioning,weak sense of accuracy,insufficient follow-ups,incompetence of supervision teams,etc..The paper put forward practical approaches such as further clarifying the positioning of supervision responsibilities,highlighting accurate supervision,conducting follow-ups,and building a team of high-quality professional cadres,so as to promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities.
