Practicing“Jinjiang Experience”to Build High-Level Specialty Clusters

职业教育应当紧扣服务实体经济,对接地方产业发展。黎明职业大学在国家高水平专业群建设方面积极践行“晋江经验”,如强化党建引领,实施“党建+”专业群建设,创新产学合作机制,打造产教融合共同体;系统推进“三教”改革,打造技术技能人才培养高地;聚合多方资源,对接产业建设技术服务平台;融通开放合作,建设黎明海丝学院等。系统归纳“晋江经验”在建设国家高水平专业群方面的启示和指导意义,以期为高职教育高质量发展提供“黎明样本”。

The vocational education should serve real economy and align with local industrial development.Liming Vocational University has been actively practicing“Jinjiang Experience”in the process of building national high-level specialty clusters.The measures taken are as follows:1)strengthening the leadership of Party building by implementing the“Party Building+”specialty cluster building,2)innovating the industry-university cooperation mechanism to create an industry-education integration community,3)systematically promoting the“Teacher-Textbooks-Pedagogy”reform to create a highland for technical and skilled talent cultivation,4)aggregating multiple resources to collaborate with technology service platforms for industrial construction,5)integrating into the opening-up and cooperation by setting up Liming Maritime Silk Road School and so on.The paper systematically summarized the enlightenment and significance of“Jinjiang Experience”in the building of national high-level specialty clusters and provided a“Liming Mode”for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
