弘扬“晋江经验”,打造职业教育泉州模式

摘要 职教发展外部环境营造不充分以及职教内部环境营造不均衡,是制约泉州市职业教育进一步适应城市高质量发展的主要因素。“晋江经验”对打造职业教育泉州模式具有一定的启示,如加强党的领导、坚持市场在资源配置中的决定性作用、坚持不断解放思想和立足自身产业特色等。高职院校应在优化专业结构,完善现代职业教育体系;建设产业学院,深化校企协同育人;强化育训结合,提升服务全民终身学习能力;强化组织保障,提升职业教育质量水平等方面打造职业教育泉州模式。 The inadequate creation of the external environment and the unbalanced creation of the internal environment for vocational education are the main factors restricting Quanzhou’s vocational education from further adapting to the city’s high-quality development.“Jinjiang Experience”enlightens the establishment of Quanzhou’s vocational education model in terms of strengthening CPC’s leadership,adhering to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources,persevering in emancipating the minds and growing upon industries’uniqueness.To build a Quanzhou model,vocational colleges and universities in Quanzhou should optimize specialty structures and improve the modern vocational education system,build industrial colleges and push further the cooperation between the vocational universities/colleges and enterprises in talents cultivation,reinforce the combination of cultivation and training and enhance lifelong learning,provide more organizational support and improve vocational education.
