孔内爆炸填塞效应的数值模拟与分析

摘要 在钻孔爆破中利用小量装药爆炸时产生的压力作为主装药爆炸的填塞,爆生气体外泄的填塞压力,运用数值模拟的方法研究填塞装药的药量及与主装药的净间距等参数对填塞效果的影响。结果表明,填塞装药爆炸填塞能够对主装药爆炸时产生的爆生气体产生阻塞作用,且爆炸后岩石的最终破坏形态良好;经过9种工况对比分析爆破后岩石损伤情况和岩石内峰值应力作用时间得知,相同填塞装药长度的条件下,装药净间距越小爆炸填塞作用越显著;装药净间距一定的条件下,填塞效果随着装药长度增加有所改善,填塞药长度8 cm时,爆炸填塞效果最佳。 In drilling and blasting,the pressure produced by the explosion of a small amount of charge is used as the packing pressure of the explosion of the main charge and the leakage pressure of the explosive gas.The effects of the parameters such as the quantity of the packing charge and the net distance between the packing charge and the main charge on the filling effect are studied by the method of numerical simulation.The results show that the explosive packing of the packing charge can block the explosive gas produced by the explosion of the main charge.And the final failure shape of the rock after the explosion is good.Through the comparative analysis of the damage of rock after blasting and the action time of peak stress in rock after blasting under 9 working conditions,it is found that under the condition of the same filling charge length,the smaller the net distance of charge is,the more significant the explosive filling effect is;under the condition of a certain net distance of charge,the filling effect is improved with the increase of charge length,and the explosive packing effect is the best when the length of packing charge is 8 cm.
