二维码技术在钢箱梁制造过程中的应用研究

文章针对钢箱梁制作过程中的条码追溯进行研究,主要是通过信息化手段将二维码追溯技术应用在钢箱梁全生命周期制造过程中。通过二维码追溯对钢箱梁制造过程进行精细化管理,在此基础上进行喷码设备以及耗材的选型等,形成钢箱梁制造追溯过程整体解决方案。

This paper will study the bar code traceability in the manufacturing process of steel box girders,mainly by means of information technology to apply the two-dimensional code traceability technology in the whole life cycle manufacturing process of steel box girders.Through the fine management of the steel box girder manufacturing process through the QR code traceability,and on this basis,the selection of spray coding equipment and consumables is carried out to form an overall solution for the steel box girder manufacturing traceability process.
