一种新型风力发电机组液压变桨油缸密封圈组件的应用

摘要 华电福新能源发展有限公司某风电场风资源优越,但风速变化较大。风机变桨系统油缸动作频发,随着变桨油缸密封件磨损,变桨系统漏油事件增多,风机可利用率下降。运维人员通过对油缸密封件磨损、破损、损耗情况进行统计分析,从密封件的材质、布置、安装及贮藏条件等方面进行研究,并制定油缸密封结构改造。将研究选用新型密封组件通过科学的安装手段,大大提高了变桨油缸的密封性、耐压性及耐磨性,有效地降低了油缸漏油率,提高了设备可利用率。 The wind resources of a wind farm in Huadianfu New Energy Development Co.,Ltd.are abundant,but the wind speed varies greatly.The action of the oil cylinder of the fan pitch control system occurs frequently.With the wear of the seal of the pitch control cylinder,the oil leakage event of the pitch control system increases and the utilization rate of the fan decreases.Through the statistical analysis of the wear,damage and wear of the cylinder seal,the operation and maintenance personnel study the material,layout,installation and storage conditions of the seal,and formulate the structural transformation of the cylinder seal.The research and selection of new sealing components through scientific installation means greatly improve the tightness,pressure resistance and wear resistance of the variable propeller cylinder,thereby effectively reduce the oil leakage rate of the cylinder and improve the utilization rate of the equipment.
