摘要
目的探讨“申请审核制”医学博士招生材料审核的评价指标。方法收集2018级和2019级共245名医学博士研究生的招生和课程学习信息,采用描述性分析、方差分析、最优尺度回归等方法进行数据分析。结果回归模型提示本科学校水平、硕士专业水平、硕士论文评阅分、科研论文水平与课程学习质量存在关联;加入博士初试英语成绩,模型依旧可靠,并提示与课程学习质量有关联。结论招生材料审核环节应合理关注博士申请者的教育背景,强调论文在学术能力评价中的重要价值,拓展外语能力的多元考核方式。
Objective To explore the evaluation index of medical doctoral student application,examination and admission system.Methods The enrollment and learning information of 245 medical doctoral students in 2018 and 2019 grade were collected and analyzed by using descriptive analysis,variance analysis and optimal scale regression.Results The regression model indicates that the level of undergraduate college,the level of graduate program,the rating score of master's dissertation and the level of scientific research thesis,as same as English scores are related to the quality of learning.Conclusion It is reasonably to pay attention to the educational background of doctoral applicants in the examination of admission materials.It is essential to emphasize the value of dissertations and papers in the evaluation of academic competence and expand multiple assessments of foreign language.
