摘要
目的分析2019年春季学期空军军医大学预防医学课堂教学质量。方法采用比较研究法及定量与和定性分析法,针对课堂教学质量评分进行统计分析,结合专家评语进行综合分析。结果155次听查课中,教学质量评分优秀68人次,占43.9%,良好82人次,占52.9%,及格5人次,占3.2%,无不及格情况。结论我校预防医学课堂教学质量整体评价良好,但仍有部分教师,尤其是中青年教员课堂授课质量存在突出问题,需各方重点关注和进一步深入研究,并制定针对性的提升方案和计划。
Objective To analyze the teaching quality of preventive medical courses during the spring semester of 2019 in Air Force Military Medical University.Methods Comparative study,quantitative and qualitative analysis,coupled with experts'comments were used to comprehensively evaluate the teaching quality scores.Results Among the 155 lectures,the teaching quality was rated as excellent 68 times(43.9%),good 82 times(52.9%),passed 5 times(3.2%),and failed 0 time(0%).Conclusion The overall evaluation of preventive medical teaching quality in class of our school is good,but there are still some teachers,especially young and middle-aged teachers,with obvious problems in teaching quality,which requires more attention from all departments from school,and targeted improvement programs and plans should be formulated after further consideration.
