我国西北某大学临床医学本科生科研态度现状调查

Investigation on the status of scientific research attitude of clinical medical undergraduates in a research university in northwest China

目的调查我国西北某研究型大学医学本科生对科研活动的态度,为医学院校学生教学管理工作决策提供参考依据。方法采用自制调查问卷,对我国西北某研究型大学不同年级的480名临床医学本科生进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括被调查者的一般资料、未来职业规划、课余时间安排、对科研活动的态度以及对指导教师的选择标准等。对收集到的数据采用描述性统计分析。结果本次调查共发放问卷480份,收回有效问卷449份,问卷回收率93.5%。调查显示在职业规划中,仅有40.8%的学生期望以后专职或兼职从事科研活动。现阶段学生认为自己每周可自由支配的时间大于24小时者仅有103人(23%),在可自由支配的时间中仅有6.2%的学生将其用于科研活动,其中年级及有无时间和精力是参与科研活动的影响因素。92.0%的学生表示希望能参加科研活动。在教师的指导下独立开展实验项目是大部分(57.5%)学生希望的科研形式。对参与科研的结果期望中46.3%的学生希望能发表SCI文章,33.9%的学生期望发表中文文章。在指导教师的选择中,指导教师的研究方向是大部分学生(57.2%)考虑的因素,同时大部分本科生均表示对指导教师的性别、年龄因素没有要求。结论该研究型大学本科生参加科研活动积极性高,但实际行动付出不够,对科研活动认识不足,学校管理层面应加大对科研活动的常识教育和思想引导。

Objective To investigate the attitude of medical undergraduates to scientific research activities in a research university in Northwest China,and to provide reference for the decision-making of medical college students'teaching management.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 480 clinical medical undergraduates of different grades in a research university in Northwest China.The content of the questionnaire includes the general information of the respondents,future career planning,spare time arrangement,attitude towards scientific research activities and the selection criteria for instructors.Descriptive statistical analysis was used for the collected data.Results A total of 480 questionnaires were sent out,and 449 valid questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 93.5%.According to the survey,only 40.8%of the students expect to engage in full-time or part-time scientific research activities in the future.At present,only 103 students(23%)think that their free time is more than 24 hours,and only 6.2%of them spend their free time on scientific research activities,among which grade,time and energy are the influencing factors.92.0%of the students hope to participate in scientific research activities.The majority(57.5%)of the students hope to carry out experimental projects independently under the guidance of teachers.46.3%of the students expected to publish SCI articles and 33.9%expected to publish Chinese articles.In the selection of instructors,the research direction of instructors was considered by most students(57.2%).At the same time,most undergraduates indicated that there were no requirements for gender and age of instructors.Conclusion The undergraduates in this research-oriented university have high enthusiasm to participate in scientific research activities,but they don't pay enough for practical actions and don't know enough about scientific research activities.
