摘要 医学教育是医学科学教育与医学人文教育的有机结合。作为一门公共必修课,大学英语在医学院校的人才培养和人文素质教育中占据重要地位。以往的大学英语教学只关注语言技能训练,强调英语学科“工具性”的特点,而忽视了学生跨文化思辨能力培养,忽略了英语学科“人文性”的特征。作为微观的社会生态系统,大学英语课堂充满适应与发展、平衡与失衡、共生与竞争的复杂而矛盾的社会关系,而教育生态学正是研究这个系统中的主体、活动和环境三要素之间关系的学科。基于以上观点现将培养医学本科生的跨文化思辨能力作为大学英语教学目标,借助教育生态学理念和Richards的语言设计理论,构建“人、本、境”三位一体大学英语生态化教学模型。该教学模型以培养医学生的跨文化思辨能力为核心,涵盖“认知、技能、情感”三个维度,体现了“整体关联性、动态平衡性、互动开放性”的教育生态学特征。以全新版大学进阶英语《综合教程3-4》为教学内容展开教学实践,利用跨文化及思辨量具对教学效果进行定量分析;运用调查问卷、反思日志、自评互评表等评价工具对实践结果进行定性分析。通过数据实测,证实三位一体大学英语生态化教学模型有利于培养和提高医学本科生的跨文化思辨能力。 Medical education is an organic combination of medical science education and medical humanities education.As a general compulsory course,College English plays an important role in talent training and humanistic quality education in medical colleges.In the past,college English teaching only focused on the training of language skills and emphasized the"instrumental"characteristics of English,ignoring the cultivation of students'intercultural and critical thinking ability and the"humanistic"characteristic of English.As a micro social ecosystem,college English classroom is full of complex and contradictory social relations of adaptation and development,balance and imbalance,symbiosis and competition.Educational ecology is the discipline to study the relationship of three elements of educational system;namely subject,activity and environment.Based on above views,this thesis takes the cultivation of intercultural and critical thinking ability of medical undergraduates as the teaching goal and constructs a Trinity ecological teaching model of College English with three characters of"subject,content and environment",which guided by the concept of educational ecology and Richards'language curriculum design theory.This teaching model focuses on cultivating medical students'intercultural and critical thinking ability with three prioritized aspects"cognition,skills and emotion",which embodies the characteristics of Educational Ecology"overall relevance,dynamic balance and interactive openness".Taking the new version of comprehensive course book 3-4 of"Advanced College English"as teaching content,the new teaching practice is carried out and subsequent effect is quantitatively analyzed by using intercultural and critical thinking tests.The practice results are qualitatively analyzed by using evaluation tools such as questionnaire,reflection log,self/peer evaluation sheet.Through data measurement,it is confirmed that the Trinity ecological model is conducive to cultivating and improving the intercultural and critical thinking ability of medical undergraduates.
