摘要 目的探索Mini-CEX(Mini-clinical evaluation exercise,迷你临床演练评估)联合DOPS(direct observation of procedural skills,诊疗技能直接观察评估)在规培医师临床操作技能培训中的应用。方法选取2019年6月至11月西京医院肿瘤科15名规培医师,以骨髓穿刺术教学为例,结合临床病例和骨髓穿刺模拟人,运用Mini-CEX联合DOPS对规培医师的临床操作技能在规培前、中、后进行三次测评,并进行满意度调查。结果规培医师的临床操作技能相关临床综合能力在规培前、中、后三阶段显著提高(P<0.05),绝大多数规培医师对该教学满意度高。结论Mini-CEX联合DOPS有助于提升临床操作技能培训的教学效果和满意度,适合在住院医师规范化培训中推广。 Objective To explore the application of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)and direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in standardized training of clinical skills in residents.Methods From June 2019 to November 2019,15 resident doctors were trained in the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University.Residents were evaluated using Mini-CEX and DOPS three times during the standardized training of bone marrow aspiration as an example of clinical skills teaching.Residents were investigated with satisfaction questionnaire after the standardized training of bone marrow aspiration.Results The score of residents showed gradual upward trend during the three stages of standardized training(P<0.05).Meanwhile,majority residents were satisfied with the standardized training.Conclusion Mini-CEX and DOPS could improve the clinical ability of residents,which are convenient and effective medical teaching methods and suitable for popularizing in resident standardized training.
