摘要
目的评价案例综合教学联合Wet Lab在眼科住院医师规范化培训实践教学中的应用效果。方法以我科参加住院医师规范化培训的60名学生为研究对象。研究组采用案例综合教学(complex case teaching,CCT)联合Wet Lab方法,对照组采用传统讲授为基础的教学(lecture-based learning,LBL)联合Wet lab方法。通过比较理论考核成绩、病例分析成绩、实践操作能力考核成绩、总成绩及学生调查问卷结果评价教学效果。结果两组相比较,研究组病例分析成绩、实践操作能力考核成绩、总成绩均更高(P<0.05);理论考核成绩两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。调查问卷结果显示:对评价学习兴趣、学习效率、临床思维能力、手术掌握程度、文献检索能力及教学方法满意度等方面,研究组评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而增加学习负担方面两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论CCT联合Wet lab在眼科住院医师规范化培训实践教学中具有良好的效果,可提高住院医生的学习兴趣和效率,提高临床实践操作能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of complex case teaching(CCT)combined with Wet Lab in practice teaching for standardized training of residents in ophthalmology.Methods 60 residents who participated in the standardized training in the department were enrolled in this study.CCT combined with Wet Lab was used in the training group,and traditional lecture-based learning combined with Wet Lab in control group.The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the scores in examinations for clinical knowledge,case analysis and clinical skills,general scores and students'questionnaire results.Results As Compared to the control group,the results of case analysis,clinical skills assessment and general scores in the training group were significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in clinical knowledge assessment(P>0.05).The questionnaire showed that the scores of the study group were significantly higher than the control group,in the evaluation of the learning interest,learning efficiency,clinical thinking ability,familiarity to surgery,literature retrieval ability,and teaching method satisfaction(P<0.05),while no significant difference in learning burden(P>0.05).Conclusion CCT combined with Wet Lab has a good efficiency in the standardized training for residents in ophthalmology,which can improve the learning interest and teaching efficiency in clinical knowledge and skill training.
