“专业思政”在本科护理实习期的挖掘和融入探索

Practice and exploration of professional ideological and political theory education in undergraduate nursing practice

目的探索护理本科生临床实习阶段“专业思政”元素的挖掘路径和融入方式,并通过考核得分评估此次专业思政效果。方法选取2017年7月—2021年4月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院皮肤科临床实习护理本科生(以下简称临床护生)198名为研究对象。对照组临床护生95名,采取传统教学方法;实验组临床护生103名,采取“专业思政”教学方法。结果结束6周皮肤科临床实习后,实验组临床护生理论成绩、操作成绩、患者满意度及综合素质考评得分均显著高于对照组,且实验组临床护生综合素质考评中的思想行为、职业道德、工作表现、劳动纪律、协助精神以及量化指标能力考核得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论挖掘护理“专业思政”元素并将其融入临床护理实习教学活动,有助于提高临床护生教学效果,值得全面推广。

Objective To explore the mining path and integration mode of professional ideological and political elements of nursing undergraduates in clinical practice,and evaluate the effect through the assessment score.Methods 198 nursing undergraduates in the Department of Dermatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 2017 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was adopted in 95 subjects;in the experimental group,the teaching method of professional ideological and political theory education was adopted in 103 subjects.Results After completing the 6-week clinical practice in dermatology,compared with the control group,the theoretical score,operation score,patient satisfaction and comprehensive quality score of clinical nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher,and the experimental group of clinical nursing students in the comprehensive quality evaluation of thought and behavior,professional ethics,work performance,labor discipline,spirit of assistance,quantitative indicators of the ability of assessment scores were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exploring the elements of professional ideological and political theory and integrating them into clinical nursing teaching activities can help improve the teaching effect of undergraduate nursing practice,which is worth promoting comprehensively.
