摘要
高校立身之本在于立德树人。作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,儒家思想蕴含着丰富的教育修身思想,是滋养高校思想政治工作的重要文化资源。推动儒家思想融入高校思想政治工作具有重要的现实意义。文章以访谈形式,探讨了立德树人的重要意义;强调高校教师在推动儒家思想融入思想政治工作中的主导作用;认为教师应高度重视修德立身,自觉把专业追求与信仰追求结合起来,向孔子这位“大先生”学习,既要做“经师”,更要做“人师”;提出推动以儒家思想为代表的中华优秀传统文化融入高校思想政治工作的重要举措。
The foundation of colleges and universities lies in fostering virtue through education.As an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,Confucianism contains rich thoughts of education and self-cultivation.It is an important cultural resource to nourish the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and is of great practical significance to promote the integration of Confucianism into the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.In the form of interview,this paper discusses the significance of fostering virtue through education,emphasizing the leading role of college teachers in promoting the integration,holding that teachers should attach great importance to moral cultivation,consciously combine professional pursuit with belief pursuit,and learn from Confucius,the"great gentleman",not only to be a"Confucian teacher",but also to be a"human teacher".This paper also puts forward some important measures to promote the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture represented by Confucianism into the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
