第四次工业革命背景下高校就业指导课程改革探析 被引量:2

摘要 第四次工业革命不仅对人们的生产生活方式和社会的经济结构产生了影响,也深刻影响着高等教育的人才培养方式,对高校的人才培养也提出了新要求。高校就业指导课程作为通识必修课,须紧随高等教育向融合教育、个性化教育和创新性教育转型的改革步伐,与第四次工业革命带来的经济技术进步同向同行、协同演进,在课程设置、课程编制、课程实施和教学评价上实现“四个转变”;即从单一知识传递到综合能力训练提升转变,从简单就业指导到与专业教育、通识教育相融合转变,从以计算机辅助教学手段为主到基于互联网、人工智能等智能化教育方式转变,从对课程书面理论知识掌握情况评价到自主评价、过程性评价和知识转化能力评价等动态多元综合评价方式转变。 The fourth industrial revolution not only has an impact on people′s way of production and life and the economic structure of society,but also has a profound impact on the way of talent training in higher education,which puts forward new requirements for talent training in colleges and universities.As a compulsory course for general education in colleges and universities,the course of employment guidance must follow the same direction and coordinated evolution of the reform pace of the transformation from higher education to integrated education,individualized education and innovative education and the economic and technological progress brought about by the fourth industrial revolution.Colleges and universities must realize the"Four Transformations"in curriculum setting,curriculum preparation,curriculum implementation and teaching evaluation,that is,transformations from the single dissemination of knowledge to the improvement of comprehensive ability training,from simple employment guidance to the integration with professional education and general education,from computer-aided teaching methods to intelligent education methods based on the Internet and artificial intelligence,from the evaluation of the mastery of written theoretical knowledge of the course to the dynamic multivariate comprehensive evaluation methods such as independent evaluation,process evaluation and evaluation about knowledge transformation ability.
