2019年中国西部地区放疗资源现状与需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the current situation and demand of radiotherapy resources in western China in 2019

目的分析2019年中国西部地区包括设备、人员在内的放疗资源现状以及与理论需求量之间存在的差距。方法采用网络问卷结合电话沟通的方式调查西部地区放疗单位、设备和人员;根据西部地区肿瘤患者数量以及放疗利用率计算需要放疗的肿瘤患者数量;基于需要放疗患者数量计算需要的放疗资源,并与西部地区已有的放疗资源进行对比。结果截至2019年,西部地区放疗单位增长至304所;放疗设备增长至428台,其中直线加速器400台,钴60治疗机28台;放疗辅助设备模拟定位机234台,其中X射线模拟定位机187台,CT模拟定位机47台;治疗计划系统增长至384套;放疗医师增长至2884人;放疗物理师增长至859人;放疗技师增长至1746人。放疗资源评价结果显示,西部地区2019年放疗资源与2015年肿瘤患者放疗资源的需求量相比,设备总数缺口为947台;放疗医师缺口为1876人;放疗物理师缺口为516人;放疗技师缺口为4442人。结论西部地区放疗资源有所发展,但与区域肿瘤患者对放疗的需求量相比,放疗设备、放疗人员仍严重缺乏。

Objective To analyze the current situation of radiotherapy resources including equipment and personnel in western China in 2019 and the gap with theoretical demand.Methods Used online questionnaires combined with telephone communication to investigate radiotherapy units,equipment and personnel in the western region.Calculated the number of cancer patients requiring radiotherapy based on the number of cancer patients in the western region and the utilization rate of radiotherapy.Calculated the required radiotherapy resources based on the number of patients requiring radiotherapy,and compared them with the existing radiotherapy resources in the western region.Results As of 2019,the number of radiotherapy units in the western region increased to 304.radiotherapy equipment increased to 428,including 400 linear accelerators and 28 cobalt 60 treatment machines.There were 234 radiotherapy auxiliary equipment simulation positioning machines,including 187 X-ray simulation positioning machines,47 sets of CT simulation positioning machines,treatment planning system increased to 384 sets,radiotherapy physicians increased to 2884,radiotherapy physicists increased to 859,radiotherapy technicians increased to 1746.The results of the radiotherapy resource evaluation showed that comparing with the demand for radiotherapy resources for cancer patients in the western region in 2019,there was a gap in the total number of equipment for 947 units,a gap of 1876 radiotherapy physicians,a gap of 516 radiotherapy physicists»a gap of radiotherapy technicians for 4442 people.Conclusion Radiotherapy resources in the western region have developed,but compared with the demand for radiotherapy by regional cancer patients,there is still a serious shortage of radiotherapy equipment and radiotherapy personnel.
