百令胶囊联合综合干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾纤维化及肾功能的影响研究

Effect of Bailing Capsules combined with a comprehensive intervention on the renal fibrosis and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure

目的分析百令胶囊联合综合干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾纤维化及肾功能的影响。方法 选择106例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组采用α-酮酸片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊治疗,2组均治疗12周,且2组治疗期间均采用综合干预进行护理。比较2组治疗后临床效果,比较2组治疗前后肾功能、肾纤维化指标和生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(94.34%,50/53)显著高于对照组(79.25%,42/53)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、Ⅳ型胶原(Col-Ⅳ)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平较治疗前降低,对照组高于观察组(P<0.05);2组肾小球滤过率(GFR)和情感指数、健康指数、生活满意度得分较治疗前升高,对照组低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论采用百令胶囊联合综合干预治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,能显著降低患者血清TGF-β_(1)、Col-Ⅳ、CTGF水平,抑制肾纤维化,改善患者肾功能,临床疗效较好,可显著提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of Bailing Capsules combined with a comprehensive intervention on the renal fibrosis and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic renal failure were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with α-ketoacid tablets,while the observation group was treated with Bailing Capsules on the basis of the control group,both for 12 weeks.In addition,both groups were given a comprehensive intervention during the treatment period.The therapeutic effects of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the indexes of the renal function,renal fibrosis and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(94.34%,50/53)was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.25%,42/53,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),collagen type IV(Col-IV)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)in serum in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The glomerular filtration rates(GFR),emotional indexes,health indexes and life satisfaction scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the control group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing Capsules combined with the comprehensive intervention can significantly reduce the levels of serum TGF-β_(1),Col-IV and CTGF,inhibit the renal fibrosis,improve the renal function in the treatment of chronic renal failure,which can achieve a better therapeutic effect and significantly improve the life quality of patients.
