卵巢储备功能低下的病因病机及干预策略

女性卵巢内卵母细胞数量逐渐减少,卵泡质量下降,并出现一系列月经不调等内分泌功能紊乱的症状,临床称之为卵巢储备功能低下。对女性的生育能力产生不良影响,严重影响了女性的生活质量和身心健康。西医认为此病与遗传、自身免疫、妇科手术等因素有关,西医治疗上常常选择免疫治疗、激素替代、辅助生殖等治疗手段,但是存在诸多不良反应。中医认为此病发病以肾虚为本、可伴有血瘀、肝气郁滞、心脾虚弱等因素,中医治疗上以补肾活血、疏肝、健脾、养心等为原则,常常选用中药内服、同时可配合针灸、中药外敷、中药足浴等外治法。中医药治疗此病具有副作用低、多环节、整体调节等作用,临床上应进一步探索研究。

The decline of the number of oocytes and the quality of follicles,and a series of endocrine dysfunction symptoms such as menstrual disorders are clinically known as diminished ovarian reserve,which has a negative impact on women’s fertility,seriously affects women’s quality of life and physical and mental health.In terms of western medicine,the disease is believed to be related to genetics,autoimmune,gynecological surgery and other factors.Accordingly,immunotherapy,hormone replacement,assisted reproduction and other methods are often adopted for its treatment,yet with many adverse effects.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the root cause of diminished ovarian reserve is believed to be the deficiency of kidneys,possibly accompanied by blood stasis,liver qi stagnation,deficiency of the heart and spleen and other factors,and its treatment should follow the principle of nourishing the kidneys and promoting blood circulation,dispersing stagnated liver qi,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart,with Chinese medicines often taken orally,as well as combined with acupuncture,external application of Chinese medicines,foot bath therapy and other external treatment methods.Traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by its lower side effects,multi links and overall regulation in the treatment of this disease,which should be further explored and studied clinically.
