摘要
通过对某水电站机组在运行过程大轴补气管发生渗漏原因进行分析,对大轴补气管密封圈改造更换,成功消除了补气管密封损坏导致转子中心体渗水的重大缺陷,有效防止因其渗水引发转子绝缘降低造成机组事故停机事件的发生,提高了机组运行稳定性,为国内外同类型机组大轴补气管渗水检查处理积累了宝贵经验。
During the operation of units in a hydropower station,leakage of the air supply pipe for the major shaft is observed.Analysis shows that the problem is caused by the damage of the air supply pipe seal,which may lead to water leakage of the rotor center body.Then,the air supply pipe seal is replaced.The accidental shutdown of the unit caused by the reduction of the rotor insulation due to water leakage is effectively prevented,and the operation stability of the unit is improved.It provides valuable experience for the leakage inspection and treatment of the air supply pipe for the major shaft in similar units.
