灌浆加固在桩基修补工程中的应用技术研究

On the Application of Grouting Reinforcement in Pile Foundation Repair Work

以辽宁省盘锦市某码头的桩基加固为例,分析灌浆加固技术在桩基修补工程中的应用,总结灌浆加固施工的关键技术。本项目采用中交港湾(上海)科技有限公司自主研发的优固特■SKG-3海上风电灌浆材料、钢套筒灌浆施工工艺,成功完成对受损桩基的灌浆修补加固,对灌浆技术在桩基的修补加固中取到了成功的探索。

Based on the pile foundation reinforcement work of a wharf in Panjin City, Liaoning Province as an example, the application of grouting reinforcement technology in pile foundation repair work is studied and the key techniques of grouting reinforcement construction are summarized. In this work, the Ugute■ SKG-3 offshore wind power grouting material and the steel sleeve grouting construction technology independently developed by China Communications Harbor(Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. are adopted, and the grouting repair and reinforcement of the damaged pile foundation are successfully completed. It is a successful exploration on the application of grouting reinforcement technology in pile foundation repair work.
