摘要 针对电厂生产运行和管控中的难题,基于智慧大渡河整体架构中智慧电厂理念及指导框架,总结智慧电厂建设规划、逐步实践阶段的经验、智能自主平台建设及应用情况,积极开展了智慧电厂业务能力探索及对新技术应用下管理模式;展望未来,枕头坝公司将依托数字化手段实现智慧业务能力的落地及固化,并配合管理与组织变革措施,逐步实现智能自主人机协同愿景下的智慧电厂目标。 Considering the difficulties in the production,operation,management and control of the power plants,the experience of the planning,construction and gradual practice of smart power plant and the construction and application of intelligent autonomous platform are summarized.Based on the smart power plant concept and guidance framework in the overall architecture of smart Dadu River,the business capability of smart power plant and the management mode reform under the application of new technologies are explored.In the future,the goal of smart power plant based on the vision of intelligent autonomy and human-robot collaboration will be realized in Zhentouba Company,with the realization and consolidation of smart business capabilities by digital means and the cooperation of management and organization reform measures.
