摘要
为更好地解决主副厂房混凝土施工通道难题,保证GIS室及尾水检修闸门施工进度,西藏DG水电站厂房尾水平台借鉴城市地铁车站盖挖法施工的钢盖板路面体系施工经验,采用改进了的钢结构盖板路面体系,其制作安装便利,开启方便快捷,与尾水检修闸门施工干扰少。通过结构受力验算,安全可靠,有效地缓解了尾水检修闸门施工与尾水平台道路交通之间的矛盾,保证了尾水检修闸门及主副厂房混凝土的施工进度,且钢结构盖板后期进行防腐等处理后可继续使用。
To solve the difficulty of the concrete construction channel in the main and auxiliary powerhouses and ensure the construction schedule of the GIS chamber and the draft tube maintenance gate,an improved steel cover plate road system is adopted in the draft tube deck of DG Hydropower Station,which is commonly used in the construction of urban subway stations with covered excavation.The system has the advantages of easy manufacture and installation,convenient and fast opening,and less interference with the construction work.Structural checking calculation shows that the system is safe and reliable.It effectively solves the interference difficulty between the maintenance gate construction and the draft tube deck traffic,and ensures the construction schedule of the draft tube maintenance gate and the concrete pouring progress of the main and auxiliary powerhouses.Also,the steel cover plate can be re-used lately after anti-corrosion treatment.
