基于物元可拓模型的沙颍河流域水资源可持续利用评价 被引量:4

Evaluation of Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Shaying River Basin Based on Matter-element Extension Model

摘要 随着城市化进程及经济发展速度的加快,我国水资源可持续利用面临着严峻挑战。基于对水资源可持续发展基本内涵的理解,采用压力-状态-响应模型从社会、经济、资源等方面选取了18个指标,构建了流域水资源可持续利用综合评价指标体系。同时,利用物元可拓模型和变异系数法对沙颍河流域河南段水资源可持续利用水平进行评价。结果表明:沙颍河流域水资源可持续利用水平在2015—2019年总体呈上升趋势,2018年之前上升趋势不显著,2018年之后上升趋势较为显著;18个指标中,有3个指标的评价等级呈明显的下降趋势,有10个指标的评价等级呈明显的上升趋势,其余指标没有明显的上升或下降趋势,处于逐年变动状态。研究结果可为提升沙颍河流域水资源可持续利用水平提供参考。 With the acceleration of urbanization and economic development,the sustainable utilization of water resources in China is facing severe challenges.Based on the understanding of the basic connotation of the sustainable development of water resources,this paper adopts the Pressures-State-Response(PSR)model to select 18 indicators from the aspects of society,economy and resources,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the sustainable utilization of water resources in the basin.At the same time,the matter-element extension model and variation coefficient method are used to evaluate the sustainable utilization level of water resources in the Henan section of Shaying River Basin.The results are as follows.The sustainable utilization level of water resources in Shaying River Basin presents an overall upward trend from 2015 to 2019,and the upward trend is not significant before 2018,and the upward trend is more significant after 2018.Among the 18 indicators,the evaluation level of 3 indicators showed an obvious downward trend,the evaluation level of 10 indicators showed an obvious upward trend,and the rest indicators showed no obvious upward or downward trend and were in a state of change year by year.The research results can provide reference for improving the sustainable utilization level of water resources in Shaying River Basin.
